JERRY SMITH is founder and CEO of Nature's Pearl Corporation, headquartered in Advance, N. C. Mr. Smith is also founder, CEO and President of Le Bleu Corporation, one of the forerunners of bottled water in the United States.

Mr. Smith is a Certified Water Specialist V who has created and developed two multimillion-dollar companies in North Carolina. Business Leader Media named Jerry Smith one of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs of Triad North Carolina in 2010.

As CEO of Nature's Pearl and Le Bleu, Mr. Smith has championed many philanthropic causes, including ZAO, a North Carolina-based non-profit which sells bottled water to raise money for wells in Africa.
Mr. Smith has also commissioned his staff to support an anti-drug, anti-violence ministry, "I'm Free," with Goler Memorial A.M. E. Zion Church in Winston-Salem, N. C.

During the Haitian earthquake crisis in 2010, Mr. Smith authorized donations of 42,000 bottles of Le Bleu Ultra Pure Water to be sent to Haiti. Both Nature's Pearl Corporation and Le Bleu Corporation embody
